Meghan Clarisse is a Colorado-based singer-songwriter delivering “music with country roots and cowgirl boots.” With a voice as grounded as the Mountain West she calls home, Meghan blends Americana, country and rock into heartfelt songs that tell stories of resilience, family, and wide-open landscapes.
Meghan and her band perform across the front range playing bars venues and festivals such as Lakewood’s Cider Days, Parker Days, and the Adams County Fair. Her discography includes Songs from the Sofa (2023), the collaborative EP Kindred Spirits (2024), and her full-length album Shadows of a Ghost Town (2025), an evocative exploration of death, nature, and the soul of the West.
In 2026 she received nominations for Album of the Year (Folk/Americana) from the Josie Music Awards and from the Colorado Country Music Hall of Fame – Female Vocalist of the Year and Best Solo Artist of the Year.
In 2025 the Colorado Country Music Hall of Fame recognized her and pedal steel player, Todd Clayton with the Duo of the Year award. A proud member of the Mountain West Country Music Association, Meghan had two nominations from that group in 2025 too. In 2024 she was a recipient of one of the 2024 Howling Dog Music Group grants, and as a result, recorded her latest album at Howling Dog Records with Don Richmond.
When she’s not onstage, Meghan volunteers with Musicians on Call, bringing live music to patients at Children’s Hospital and the VA in Denver. With every song and show, she builds community, lifts up fellow artists, and reminds audiences why music matters.
